The process   for entering the 2025  Nats   is

1. Please will members who would like to run at the Nationals enter and pay online by the 6th April closing date.       It's strongly recommended you book and pay well   before the 6th April closing date.   Places won't be confirmed till we know the areas' qualifiers.     The preferred method of payment is BACS transfer.

2. Area Coordinators are required to   tell the BSCRA secretary the final positions in their area championship in each class as soon as it is decided and must inform BSCRA before the 6th April 2025 closing date   at the latest

3. a)     Each area's allocation of places will be filled in area championship order by those who have entered online and paid   by   the 6th April closing date. The entry in each class is limited as follows
            Saloon - a maximum of 49 including the 2024 champion, BOC and Area qualifiers and a free entry  for the 2025 Clubman saloon champion.

          F1- a maximum of 49 including the 2024 champion, BOC and Area qualifiers and a free entry  for the 2025 Clubman Nationals F2 champion.

          Sports/GT - a maximum of 49 including the 2024 champion, BOC and Area qualifiers and a free entry  for the 2025  INTRO  32 champion.

b)     If no more than the above have entered and paid   by   the 6th April closing date, all those entries will be confirmed.

c)     If more than the maximum have entered and paid by the 6th April closing date, any unused places will be transferred to areas wanting extra places using the BSCRA rules for allocating places to areas.   The transferred places will be filled in area championship order by those who have entered online paid the entry fee   by the 6th April closing date and were registered members on 1st February.           


Entry fees will be returned to those who have paid but are not allocated places.


d) In the event there are still any unused place we will continue to accept further entries until all the places are full - or until the start of practice on race day when we go with less than 49 competitors
